Insurance & Payment Policy
The Advanced Eyecare Center at Eyewear Unique accepts most vision and medical insurance programs from the Latrobe area. For your convenience we offer several payment options. For the noninsurance covered portion of your services, we do expect payment in full at the time services are rendered or products ordered. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.
Please help us by providing all vision and medical forms, insurance cards, and other necessary information at the time of your visit. We will bill your insurance for all covered services, however the patient is ultimately responsible for the remaining balance unpaid by insurance.
